FDR Rules and Protocol

Our Rules set us apart from other providers. They aim to provide transparency for you, as a valued client, and the people that work for us. Our “Rules” and “Protocol” set out exactly what you can expect from us when going through FDR Mediation as well as your obligations. In essence, they are a guide to the rights and responsibilities of you, your ex-partner (or any other party to the FDR process), the Mediator, and the FDR Centre.

You will be asked to sign a Mediation Agreement before your joint mediation session, acknowledging that you have understood the Rules and are bound by them.
