How pricing works

Every situation is different. Some matters are straightforward, while others involve more people, preparation, or specialist support.

We tailor our pricing to the complexity of your situation, so you receive the right level of support from the outset.

We'll explain your options clearly before anything proceeds, so you know exactly what to expect.

When do I pay?

Parenting and Guardianship
A non-refundable application fee of $275 (incl GST) is payable on application. Once the assessment process is complete, we'll confirm the remaining costs before mediation begins.
All other services

We'll confirm costs once we've understood your situation and before any work begins.

You'll always know what's involved before you decide to proceed.

Cancellation & rescheduling

We understand that circumstances can change.
Where possible, we'll work with you to reschedule your session. If practitioner time has already been reserved or preparation completed, cancellation fees may apply.
