Mediation is a consensual process, so all parties must agree to refer their family or relationship dispute to mediation. We cannot make anyone participate in a mediation if they don't want to.

You will be required to sign a copy of the mediation agreement during the pre-mediation session.  Any representatives and support persons will also need to sign the Confidentiality Agreement prior to participating in the subsequent joint mediation session.
