Helen Parry is an experienced and skilled registered Family Dispute Resolution (FDR) mediator, conflict resolution coach, and leadership consultant. Helen Parry also brings expertise in pre-mediation coaching, equipping clients with strategies and tools to navigate difficult conversations with confidence.

Twenty years in education, management and leadership roles and a Masters degree in student voice, Helen specialises in transformative mediation, facilitating child centred dispute resolution, the voice of the child a key component to effective dispute resolution.

Helen is also an Associate Neuropsychotherapy practitioner and Counselling coach and demonstrated strengths in working with neurodiverse clients to support better outcomes. She is particularly interested in assisting individuals with employment / business related disputes, conflict resolution between family/whanau and working with them to manage the effects of experiences that have impacted on wellbeing and mental health.

Helen has attended Te Tiriti O Waitangi cultural competence courses.
