Rodger’s principal goal, within the Family Dispute Resolution process, is to help parents mediate a better understanding of their children’s needs, despite inherent, supposedly intransigent difficulties. This enables an outcome for both children and parents which establishes an enhanced co-parenting relationship
Rodger began as a social worker, progressing through to senior management, both in NZ and Scotland, covering all areas of children and families statutory social work
