Donna is an experienced Mediator of Ngati Pikiao descent. She is the mother of 4 adult children, 5 adult stepchildren, and 26 mokopuna.

Donna is a trained Family Therapist and believes in the agency of all people to develop their own answers with appropriate facilitation. With a background in and being a current Family Violence Group Facilitator, Donna responds effectively to power and control imbalances in the room with the safety of all parties paramount, introducing firm boundaries and when required separating parties to enable the continuation of the mediation process.

Donna has been working to support parents to develop Parenting Plans since 2004 prior to the implementation of the current model of Mediation. Donna looks forward to hearing from you and helping you to find solutions for your family.
