Helen is a trained counsellor, mediator and educator with a wide experience working in the education sector for over 20 years. She has held management and leadership positions and has a masters degree in
student voice, the research which further developed her strengths in facilitating child centred dispute resolution, the voice of the child a key component to effective dispute resolution. Skilled in coaching,
facilitation and mediation, management, organisational change, leadership, and adult education.
Helen is also a certified clinical Neuropsychotherapy practitioner and wellbeing coach and is particularly interested in assisting individuals with employment / business related disputes, conflict resolution between family/whanau and working with them to manage the effects of experiences that have impacted on wellbeing and mental health.
