I am a qualified and experienced lawyer and mediator with an overarching interest in peacebuilding and conflict resolution. I believe in the art and science of mediation and believe it is an invaluable process in assisting parents in separation. Conflict is an integral part of life, however, we tend to view it as purely negative and destructive. When we have the tools and ability to respond to conflict constructively, we are better placed to deal with any disagreements that might arise.
