Jessica is approachable, compassionate and empathetic. She has a combination of flawless professionalism and personal humanity. Jessica is collaborative in her approach and believes that respectful and constructive communication gives permission to resolving disputes and removing constraints within relationships. Her work is child inclusive and focuses on the best interest of children. Jessica is an Associate Family Disputes Resolution Mediator registered with Arbitrators and Mediators Institute of New Zealand (AMINZ). She is also a member of Restorative Practice New Zealand, is an accredited Restorative Justice Facilitator, and has 13+ years’ experience facilitating Restorative Justice Cases with offenders and offence victims through the Courts. She holds a Specialist Family Violence (RJ) accreditation with Resolution Institute of New Zealand and Ministry of Justice. Jessica is also a fully Registered Drug and Alcohol (DAPAANZ) practitioner and an accredited Clinical Supervisor. She provides Clinical Supervision for registered Health Professionals as well as specialist Cultural Supervision to staff dealing with culturally diverse groups. Jessica is an experienced Mental Health Clinician. She is also a member of NZAC and has extensive experience as a Family Therapy and Counsellor. Jessica is a Parenting Through Separation Facilitator. She also provides Employment Assistance Programme (EAP). Jessica has the ability and experience to work with all cultures.
