Megan Williams was a State School Dental Nurse and owned and operated three florist shops in Hastings. She was elected onto the Hawkes Bay Regional and Hastings District Councils serving for 12 years. She has a BBS in Communication Management, a MBS with Honours in Mediation and Arbitration and is a fellow of AMINZ. She was a Dispute Tribunal Referee for six years and lectured at degree level in Human Resource Management.

Megan has had her own successful Alternative Dispute Resolution Business for 18 years specialising in HR, Employment and ACC law, Family Dispute Resolution and general disputes.
