Senta is an Auckland based family mediator and counsellor providing specialist conflict resolution support to individuals, couples, families and communities in crisis. She is an experienced practitioner bringing her own unique blend of compassion, sensitivity and strategic thinking to every situation. She is dedicated to reducing the emotional and financial cost of resolving conflict and is an advocate for out-of-court resolution processes.
Senta started her career as a business strategist working in the advertising industry. Inspired to make a difference, she re-trained to become a conflict resolution facilitator. She trained through the Institute of Psychosynthesis, Process Therapy and the Harvard Programme of Conflict Resolution and Negotiation. She also completed some specialist training in the Consciousness Sciences to better understand natural tensioning, resolution and healing processes. She remains an active member of a Conflict Resolution Group for Professionals based on the principles of Process Therapy and is an AMINZ Associate and a registered FDR Mediator. Senta has also facilitated Parenting through Separation courses and provides mediation training.
Senta has specialist expertise in mental health, domestic violence, trauma and grief, spiritual and principal based conflict, therapeutic mediation, drafting parenting agreements, working with blended families and in elder support.
