Sue works as a mediator and conflict coach. Prior to that her work was in education, as a teacher and manager of a kindergarten and school. Currently she is facilitating Parenting Through Separation courses. Her interest is in helping parents to work together to find the best solution for their own particular situation – engaging them particularly with the interests and needs of the children involved. Her background in early childhood and school teaching and management gives her a wealth of knowledge about child development and how this impacts on the arrangements that are made for children post-separation.
