Toni has been teaching and facilitating Nonviolent communication (NVC) for over 9 years and has had her own counselling and mediation practice for the last 5 years. Toni’s background in NVC offers a structured, unique and safe approach to mediation that allows her clients to develop collaborative agreements rather than compromises. This results in agreements that are more likely to be respected and honored.

Toni also facilitates workshops in NVC for those people wishing to increase their relationship communication skills.
